Congratulations to Alanis Hamilton, gold medalist at 2019 Little Rock Hopes table tennis tournament!
Arkansas resident and competitive table tennis player Alanis Hamilton, age 12, from Bentonville, Arkansas recently won one of the regional Hopes Girls tournaments at the 2019 USA Hopes Qualifying Tournament held at the Little Rock Table Tennis Club on February 24, 2019.
The Arkansas Table Tennis Academy congratulates Alanis on this amazing and well-deserved accomplishment and is proud to announce that we are sponsoring her participation at the 2019 USA Hopes Week and Challenge.
Congratulations to Charlie Brooks of Sheridan, Arkansas! Charlie submitted the winning bid of $150 to claim the limited edition 2019 Little Rock Hopes swag bag filled with all the goodies from the 2019 Little Rock Hopes camp and stuffed with many extras, including 5 hours of individual lessons at the Arkansas Table Tennis Academy.
The proceeds from this auction benefit Alanis Hamilton and her attendance at the 2019 USATT Hopes Week and Challenge on April 15-21, 2019 in Sacramento, California.
On Sunday, March 31, 2019 the Arkansas Table Tennis Academy hosted a pilot program for a team league that we are hoping will develop into a long term team league. This was a good opportunity to provide a different playing format and to raise funds for Alanis Hamilton and her attendance at the 2019 USATT Hopes Week and Challenge on April 15-21, 2019 in Sacramento, California.
A very big thank you to those who were able to play in the team league pilot program, and for all the donations...together we raised $140 for Alanis Hamilton Hopes Week fundraiser, with over $500 so far.
